When possible, we ask that you arrive at least 30 minutes before your treatment is due to start. Please understand that if you are late, we may need to cut your treatment time accordingly to ensure the next customers can start their treatments punctually. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we reserve the right to cancel your appointment.
To ensure that our guests enjoy our private garden spa, we respectfully request that all guests keep noise to the minimum. Mobile phones and other electronic devices should be switched off. Smoking in the spa is prohibited.
We recommend that no jewelry be brought into the spa premises. The management accepts no responsibilities for any loss of money or valuables of any kind brought into the spa premises.
Guests who have high blood pressure, heart conditions, had recent operations, suffering from allergies, are pregnant or have any other medical complications are advised to consult their doctors before signing for any services. Kindly inform your spa therapist for any existing medical conditions.
Refunds are only allowed within 5 days from date of purchase for all spa promotions / products sold accompanied with official receipt. Kindly refer to our Refund Policy for more information.
All prices quoted are in Singapore Dollars and inclusive of 7% GST surcharge We accept Singapore currency, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB cards, Diners Card International, Nets and ENets.
All prices quoted in the website are nett-price inclusive of GST.
Please note that a deposit of $50 is required confirm weekend spa appointments. Deposit received will be used to offset that spa bill. For any changes or cancellations are to be made 3 days prior to your booking. For no-show or last minute cancellations will result in a forfeit of your deposit.
