Bring back your balance, focus, clarity and calm through regular practice with us in the garden with well-designed Vinyasa, Hatha and Yin yoga sequences to energise, strengthen, relax and soothe your body and mind.
The Sanskrit root word of Yoga, “yuj” (which means “unity” or “yoke”), indicates that the ultimate purpose of yoga is to unite ourselves with our highest nature and universal consciousness.
At Yoga Seeds, we love being out close to nature and specialise in holding classes, workshops, events & retreats for all-levels. We embrace the nurturing conditions that mother nature offers to help us reconnect with ourselves, hence we are always on the go to find new hideaway destinations to unroll our mats.
From restorative & meditative quiet retreats, to fun outdoor events and team building workshops, we aim to create strength, awareness and harmony in both the mind and body. We hold firm beliefs in building strong fundamentals while aiming to make yoga practice fun and relevant to our daily lives.
Also, as big fans of Karma Yoga, we love being involved in charity or cause-worthy initiatives to give back to the community & the underprivilegedas much as we can.
