Spa Policy

To make your spa experience a smooth and enjoyable process, please spend some time to read through our Spa Policy.

PUNCTUALITY

Please arrive 30minutes ahead of your appointment for registration and change of attire. Please note that late arrivals may be subjected to reduced treatment time.

VALUABLES

We recommend that no jewellery be brought into the spa premises. The management accepts no responsibilities for any loss of money or valuables of any kind brought into the spa premise.

SPA ETIQUETTE

To ensure that our guests enjoy our private garden spa, we respectfully request that all guests keep noise to the minimum. Mobile phones and other electronic devices should be switched off. Smoking in the spa is prohibited.

PAYMENT

All prices quoted are in Singapore dollars and inclusive of 9% GST surcharge.

REFUND POLICY

Refunds are only allowed within 5 days from date of purchase for all spa promotions or products sold accompanied with an official receipt. Please refer to our refund policy for more details.

HEALTH CONSIDERATIONS

Guests who have high blood pressure, heart conditions, had recent operations, suffering from allergies, are pregnant or have any other medical complications are advised to consult their doctors before signing for any services. Kindly inform your spa therapist for any existing medical conditions.

RESERVATION fee

We are plagued by no-shows and last-minute cancellations which put an enormous strain on our very limited manpower and space. To secure your booking, a reservation fee of $50 per person is required. This amount will be credited towards your final bill. We kindly request a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for any rescheduling or cancellations.

Please note that no-shows or cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment will result in forfeiture of the reservation fee and any gift vouchers used.

Wastage fee

Our Water Therapy treatments require advance preparation as well as various resources, including a fresh tub of water each time, to create an optimal and hygienic experience. To help us reduce waste, cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will incur a 50% charge of our ala carte Water Therapy price, applicable to all treatments involving Water Therapy, including Signature Garden Packages and Escape Series bookings.

Booking of Appointment

Please call and speak to our spa consultants on your preferred time and date of treatment. If you are celebrating a special occasion, do give us a heads up.

Arrive on Time

Please arrive 30 minutes ahead of your appointment for registration and change of attire. You are also adviced to take a shower first to maximise the benefits of treatment and massage oils.

Allergies & Health Concerns

If you have any health concerns, do let us know in advance. We will then advice you with the most appropriate treatment.

After the massage

After the massage, we highly recommend drinking a cup of ginger tea or water to rehydrate and not to wash off the healing oils immediately after.
