Orange Peel Foot Soak: Our Spirit in, Tension Out treatment starts off with a Orange Peel Foot Soak that features dried orange peel, that is known to calm nerves, relieve pressure and promote good sleep when used in baths and soaks. It also repels negative energy from the head in a way that is key for detoxification and restoration of balance.

30 Minutes Uplift Exfoliation: The foot soak is then followed by a rice-based scrub that is just ever-so-gentle, while being able to cleanse the skin of dead skin cells and build-up. Our Uplift Exfoliation is specially formulated to uplift the spirit with notes of Orange, Pink Grapefruit, Lemongrass and Geranium that is reminiscent of Lunar New Year celebrations.

90 Minutes Inner Respite Massage: Following our Uplift Exfoliation comes our Inner Respite massage that focuses on the deeper layers of muscle tissues to alleviate muscle pain and stiffness. As a conclusion to our Spirit In, Tension Out treatment, expect this massage to feature techniques like deep kneading and stroking with a sustained level of pressure that promotes circulation and reduces inflammation.
